In Years 12 and 13, our unique offer focuses on the breadth and depth of specialist study. We offer four programmes. Three of our programmes focus on the Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (equivalent to 3 A-Levels).

The pathways are:

• Applied (Biomedical) Science
• Business
• Health and Social Care

Our fourth pathway focuses on NCFE CACHE Technical Diploma Level 3 in Childcare and Education. Students participate in two days of work experience in nurseries, schools and/or childcare settings.  This is the industry lead standard for those who want to practise in the industry.

In addition, we offer students, periods of Personal, Social and Health Education, in preparation for their future. There are additional opportunities to gain qualifications in first aid, mental health first aid, and Health and Safety, in preparing students for the world of work. Students will work towards the ASDAN Extended Project Qualification, which is equivalent fo 1/2 an A Level qualification.
